WE for Gender Equality and Inclusive Society: Empowering Pinaypreneurs in the Digital Economy

In celebration of the Women’s Month this March, the UP ISSI through its Gender and Development (GAD) Committee and in partnership with the Department of Trade and Industry E-Commerce Bureau would like to invite you to this month’s Communities of Practice for Entrepreneurship (COPE) Seminar titled WE for Gender Equality and Inclusive Society: Empowering Pinaypreneurs in the Digital Economy on March 2, 2026 (Monday) from 9am to 3pm at 2F Plaza, UP ISSI Bldg., E. Virata Hall, E. Jacinto St., UP Campus, Diliman, Quezon City.

Join us as we listen to our speaker from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) who will talk about the Philippine e-commerce landscape and the Internet Act of 2023. We will also hear testimonies from 2 Pinaypreneurs on their experiences on using e-commerce platforms. In addition to this, various e-commerce platfoms will also be present as booth exhibitors to showcase what their platforms can offer for pinaypreneurs.
