Talk #1: “A LADM-Based Digital Platform for Spatially-Enabled Land Administration in Local Government”
Asst. Prof. Oliver T. Macapinlac is an Assistant Professor at the University of the Philippines Department of Geodetic Engineering. He specializes in geo-simulation, geomatics for land administration, surveying and geospatial computations, geo-databases, spatial data infrastructure (SDI), WebGIS and geoportals, as well as geospatial programming and algorithms.

Talk #2: “Remote Sensing, Climate Science, Hydrology, and Environmental Engineering”
Dr. Tarendra Lakhankar is a Senior Scientist and Adjunct Professor at the City University of New York and serves as the Director of the Education and Training pillar at the CUNY CREST Institute. He is also the Co-Lead for Education and Capacity Building of the UNU-Hub at CCNY. His areas of specialization include hydrology, climate science, and remote sensing.
