Patient Safety and Healthcare Quality Forum 2025

The long wait is finally over! Patient Safety and Healthcare Quality Forum 2025 is here! 👏🏻

This is a collaborative initiative of the University of the Philippines Manila colleges (Medicine, Nursing, and Pharmacy) through the Program for Healthcare Quality and Patient Safety.

In celebration of the 2025 World Patient Safety Day, with the theme, “Safe Care for Every Newborn and Every Child,” this year’s forum is in collaboration with the UP Manila – Philippine General Hospital, Department of Pediatrics. The theme for this joint forum is “Safe Beginnings: Patient Safety in Primary Care and Pediatrics.”

The event will be held on September 18, 2025 at 9 AM to 4 PM via Zoom.
